Celebrating the Retirement of Laura Gladden & Exciting Leadership Updates

We have bittersweet news to share—our esteemed VP of Educational Services, Laura Gladden, has officially retired and is now enjoying her well-earned retirement travels in beautiful New Zealand! While we will miss her invaluable leadership, we are thrilled that she is embracing this exciting new chapter in her life.

With Laura’s departure, we have been diligently preparing to ensure a seamless transition. Laura has been incredibly generous in sharing her extensive knowledge and history with our team, allowing us to maintain our tradition of excellence and high-quality service. Her contributions have shaped our organization, and we are committed to upholding the standards she set.

To ensure that all of Laura’s responsibilities are covered—big shoes to fill, indeed!—we are pleased to announce some organizational updates:

  • Maria Lehman will be stepping into the role of VP of Educational Services. Maria has demonstrated exceptional leadership and expertise, making her a natural fit to continue driving our mission forward.
  • Elena Spearing will take on the position of Director of Operations. Her dedication and strategic vision will be instrumental in maintaining smooth operations and fostering continued growth.

During this transition, both Maria and Elena will continue in their current roles while also embracing their new responsibilities. We are confident that their leadership will help us grow and thrive as we move into 2025 and beyond!

Please join us in celebrating Laura’s retirement and welcoming Maria and Elena into their new roles. We look forward to an exciting future ahead!
