Physical Therapist

Snapshot: Seeking a Physical Therapist to work 3 days/week with students in grades K-12 in Grove City and 2 days/week in Beaver County (preschool & school-age)

Location: Grove City, PA and Beaver, PA

What You'll Do

Provide direct PT services to students in PreK–12.
Develop individualized treatment plans and IEP goals.
Collaborate with teachers, therapists, and school teams.
Complete documentation, progress notes, data collection, IEP updates, and annual reviews.
Participate in IEP meetings and travel between school locations as needed.

What You'll Bring

Doctor of Physical Therapy (DPT) degree from an accredited program.
Active Pennsylvania PT license.
Pediatric or school-based experience preferred.
Strong communication, organization, and documentation skills.
