Performance Objectives
- Design and implement individualized physical therapy programs for students, improving physical function and facilitating achievement of educational goals.
- Evaluate students' physical abilities through detailed assessments and adapt strategies based on their unique needs and educational contexts.
- Collaborate with educators and family members to integrate physical therapy plans into student learning and daily school activities.
- Monitor and document students' progress, utilizing data to adjust the treatment plans effectively and in compliance with IEP goals.
- Conduct workshops and training sessions for school staff to enhance their understanding and support of students' physical development needs.
- Ensure compliance with all federal, state, and local regulations pertaining to physical therapy in an educational setting.

Essential Qualifications
- Licensed Physical Therapist in Pennsylvania with a strong understanding of pediatric therapy.
- Experience in creating and implementing therapy programs in a school or related setting.
- Strong communication skills to effectively collaborate with teachers, families, and caregivers.
- Knowledge of state and federal regulations related to physical therapy in educational environments.
- An innate ability to adapt and create engaging, innovative therapy sessions tailored to each student's needs.
